About us:
Easy going professional guy, and professional girl in our 20’s. We have both been living here over a year (don’t want to let this gem go!).
Looking for someone clean, easy going, non-smoking, and like us wants to treat the apartment as a home rather than just a place to sleep, and enjoys the odd beer or glass of wine on the balcony or roof :)
Your room:
- King/Queen sized bedroom, unfurnished (option of mahogany look wooden bed frame available for purchase)
- Own secure parking spot
- Mirrored built-in wardrobe

- Wooden floors
- Sharing modern bathroom (with bath and shower) with one other
- Own glass door onto balcony!
**This room comes with 1 underground secure parking spot at $50 p/w - rare in the city!
Unfortunately this is non-negotiable; whoever takes this room must rent a parking spot.
(There is also a second park available for rent)
Minimum rental period – 6 months, longer preferred.
-Rent ($350 p/w) + car spot ($50 p/w) is payable monthly on the 19th of each month.
-Bond is 4 weeks rent.
No couples or backpackers please.
