| Hi I'm sally, I'm a young professional (23) with a king sized room available in a 2 bedroom apartment in hawthorn. I'm 2 streets away from glenferrie rd which is a major entertainment precinct in melbourne. its a 10 minute walk away from glenferrie train station and 9 minutes into the city. its on 3 different train lines and close to the no. 16 tram also.
the apartment is spacious, fully furnished except for a bed. the room has two large built in wardrobes and a mirror. the house has a car space, double brick, heating/air con, unlimited internet.
I'm looking for someone in a similar age/life stage who enjoys chilling out at the end of the day and sharing the occassional meal or night out.
please note its a requirement of taking the room that you must sign the lease (11 months). |
