| Detailed Description |
| This is a stunning and spacious apartment with a mostly northern aspect. Every room is lit up with natural light from the large number of windows. The living and dining areas have truly spectacular views of the harbour and local area. The views are not blocked by buildings in any direction. The main living areas are beautifully, elegantly and yet still comfortably furnished. There is a second living area, which you could possibly furnish with a lounge suite and some other pieces of furniture. If not, I have more furniture I can use for this space. But it makes the apartment great for sharing, because it allows for two separate lounge rooms, giving more freedom in living together and having your own space.
The balcony off the living area is a great spot for entertaining taking advantage of the amazing views again, but is still protected from the weather. I have just bought a new set of table and chairs and a BBQ for the balcony.
There is a full sized kitchen which is very clean and tidy with granite benches. There is a built in study area at the end of this space. I have all the kitchen appliances and bits and pieces you could want, although there is cupboard space for more if you need it.
The main bathroom is light, spacious and very clean, also with views of the harbour - best bathroom views you'll find!
There is a separate laundry with more storage space.
And there is also a dedicated car park included in the lock up garage.
The bedroom has a beautiful leafy outlook with lots of natural light. The room is carpeted and has built ins with a small desk/vanity. The apartment is in a fairly quiet area and the bedroom is very peaceful. There are both venetian blinds and a roll down blind on the window.
There is more cupboard space in other parts of the apartment, and also storage lockers in the garage.
The bedroom has sole use of the main bathroom (although this will be used by any visitors or guests).
The bedroom also comes with a dedicated car space in the secure garage.
I'm looking for someone who is fairly relaxed and is a calm, normal person! It would be great if you enjoyed a good chat and a shared meal on occasion. It would fun to meet someone who is also sociable, but who still wants a peaceful home with no dramas.
Someone who appreciates a having a really nice place to live and will treat the apartment and the furniture with respect.
I'm looking for someone who also pulls their own weight in keeping the place in a good condition, who, when they see something that needs to be done - just does it (which I try to do myself as well!)
