| I live in a fantastic apartment in North Melbourne just 5 mins walk from the Vic Markets and 15 mins walk to Flagstaff station. The apartment is very comfortable and modern with new appliances and furnishings. My lovely flatmate is heading back home overseas and so a room will become available mid-December. The room has its own bathroom and is kitted out with a queen size bed and huge wardrobe. The apartment is completely furnished and move in ready. I am a neat and tidy young female professional looking for a fun flatmate who enjoys a good laugh and a couple of glasses of wine. There are also great pubs and cafes in the area to take full advantage of! Rent is $300 per week plus monthly amenities including power and internet. Bond is $1200.
