| Detailed Description |
| I have a room in a 2 bedroom apartment on Spencer St, West Melbourne available as of the 11th Nov 12. The apartment and room is fully furnished and in a small block of 4 in our complex. The apartment is super close to the #57 tram and North Melbourne train station, and also the Queen Victoria Markets and Errol St Cafe area. There is also a dishwasher, internet connection (extra) and washer/dryer combo. I only have the lease until mid-Jan at this stage, but it can easily be extended or if your like the place you are welcome to take on the lease too.
A bit about me - Im 28, working at the Airport and mostly like to do my own thing, however Im happy to have an occasional chat, watch tv or have a beer with people too. I like to think Im pretty easy to get along with and dont have any weird hang-ups, prefer to do my own-thing food-wise and as long as you can clean up after yourself im pretty happy.
