| to not waste your time i'm looking for somewhere within like 10-15min of karingal hub mostly because of the cinemas lol
37 years old, Very relaxed person, get along with most people that are easy going,
My biggest flaw is being overweight/obese but i'm not lazy i clean up after myself, i don't smoke, drink alchohol or do drugs, lived with ex housemate for 2 years but owner sold house now living wit my dad until i find suitable place.
i'm on centrelink i'm trying to get a medical condition diagnosed then go on disability i'm booked to see specialist in March it's a arthritis condition, i know being on centrelink is a turn off but i swear my rent is never late.
my hobbies include watching AFL and tv shows/movies also twitch/youtube you might say i'm a bit of a nerd
i would be a long term tenant and i'd rather you be the home owner just to make things easier with centrelink and probably hard for me to get on a lease |
