Floorboards throughout with carpeted bedrooms with ample storage space. Close to public transport, just a 3 minute walk down to the Kew Junction, or a 5 minutes ride to Richmond. Features a shared backyard and garage with a lockable room.
The room is unfurnished and has built in wardrobes.
I am a 25 year old female, currently studying Remedial Massage and Pilates instructing whilst working part time as a Financial Advisors assistant. I am a very easy going person, looking for a down to earth housemate who is neat, respectful, honest and easy to get along with.
I enjoy trying new restaurants, going out for a few drinks with friends and exercising, in saying that i also enjoy relaxing at home. |
