The house is a spacious four bedroom house in Pakenham, off Cardinia Rd. $348 rent a month each. bills are split and shared between house mates. Needed is one months rent in advance and bond before moving in. Total: $696

The bedroom being advertised is one of the larger bedrooms. The house is completely furnished w/ fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer, outdoor table setting with umbrella, BBQ, dining table etc.
