| Hi there!
I am contacting you in relation to the room you have to rent.
I'm a 22 year old male from Ireland, here on 457 visa working as a labourer on Shelley Beach. I am currently living in the city and it's too long of a journey for me to take to and fro everyday. So it would be ideal to live in manly. I work 6 days a week so I go to bed and wake early. Not much time for socialising. Although I would enjoy a casual drink upon occasion. I'm easy going and easy to get along with, so there is no hassle out of me at all. If your available in the forthcoming days for a viewing of the place and a chat. Please keep me posted.. I will be available any day after 7pm, as I work late. I will be checking into a hostel in manly this morning until I can move in somewhere. I hugely anticipate your reply.
