i have a room available in southbank, next to crown casino.
It is a medium sized room with mirrored wardrobes.
This room is suitable for single person or couples or 2 people($180/week each).
The room and the apartment is fully furnished.
The room has a double bed with a study table and chair.
Theres is a 50 Inch 3D Plasma TV as well as a Massage chair in the apartment.
There is also a foosball table in the balcony with outdoor seating and tables.
Inspection will not dissapoint.
All furniture in the apartment is brand new!
It has a swimming pool, gym, tennis court,basketball court.
Tram stop right outside the apartment and walking distance to all shops and cafe's/restaurants.
Flinders street train station is a 5 minute walk.
there is mini market at the bottom or the apartment as well as a bottle shop.There is also a new super market at the back of the apartments.
There is wireless internet in the apartment.
The balcony is huge and has city & casino views.
Inspection will impress!!
