| Double room available on Thistle Street, Lutwyche:
I'm heading overseas for some travel and am looking to move out early December. Easily one of the cosiest houses I've lived in with great room mates :)
Room:
- Semi-unfurnished double room with great storage in sliding
door wardrobe (*Semi-unfurnished = Queen bed mattress also available is needed).
- Nice windows to let morning sun in a little
- Ceiling fan to keep things cool on those hot days
House Amenities:
- Living with two great people - one professional male and one
female student
- Living room, kitchen and laundry fully furnished
- Bathroom has modern shower (detachable shower head)
and separate bath
- Toilet upstairs and downstairs
- Big garage for storage
- Parking beside flat or on street
- Air-con in living room (haven't needed to use it - house is nice
and cool in summer and warmish in winter most of the time)
- Small backyard with room for BBQ's and view out onto
Prentice Park
- Safe neighbourhood
-Internet: I use a Telstra dongle and get 100% reception. Other flatmate has a wireless network setup for the house.
Location:
- Lutwyche busway station 4 min walk away
-12 mins by bus to the city, 10 mins to Chermside Shopping
Centre
- 4 min walk to Lutwyche Centro (Coles, Post Office, BWS, Aldi,
Food Court, Chemist, Massage Therapist, Comm Bank etc.)
- House right next to Prentice Park, perfect to kick a ball
around, and the Kedron Brook (excellent running & biking
paths, views)
