| The total rent is $150.00 per week + electricity and 2 weeks bond. Electricity will be a 3-way split. The 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is fully air-conditioned, fully tiled and the bedrooms are carpeted. The bedrooms have built-in robes, air-conditioned, ceiling fans, dimmer switches, lockable doors from the inside, blackout curtains and blinds. The house is on an 800sqm fully fenced lot at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. There is currently one room available for rent. The nearest public transport is a bus-stop located 5 mins walk away, for which timetables are available via the internet through Mackay Transit Coaches.
