| Detailed Description |
| I have one bedroom available from Monday 28/01/12, with a second to become vacant soon. Clean, professional, non-smoking (male and female) housemates currently, looking to share with same. All are easy-going, friendly and sociable, however we are far from a party house. House is newly renovated throughout, with floor boards and air conditioning/ heating. Bills split between housemates. Close to shops, public transport, and only ten minutes from the city.
Please no smokers, or pets (as we have two cats already). Ideally looking for 25-35 year olds who are working. Please call if you would like to arrange an inspection.
